Profile or sync errors
Outlook keeps spinning, folders stay empty or search stops working. Often the issue sits in the profile, OST/PST file or Microsoft 365 connection.
Settings or verification
A wrong server setting, outdated password or extra verification step is enough to break syncing across laptop and phone.
Domain mail or DNS

Frequently asked questions about email help
Does this work for Gmail, Hotmail and business email?
Yes — I work with Outlook (Microsoft 365 and older versions), Gmail, Apple Mail and most business email environments. Just tell me which client and provider you use and we'll find the best approach.
Do I need to share my password?
Never directly via email or chat. During a remote session I can see what you type, but the session closes as soon as we're done. You can always change your password afterwards.
How quickly can I get help?
I usually reply within the hour. For simple setup issues, a remote session can often be scheduled the same or next day.
What if you can't fix my email?
I'll be honest about it. If a problem falls outside my scope or the time isn't proportionate to the result, I'll say so immediately — at no cost.
Can you also set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Yes. If your emails end up in spam or get rejected, I check your DNS records and set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly. It's technical work, but I do it carefully and explain what I'm doing.
