Here's how remote sessions work. Secure, simple, and you're always in control. You see everything I do and can stop the session at any time.
Preferred
Windows Quick Assist
Built into Windows 10/11 — no download needed.
- Open the Start menu and search for "Quick Assist"
- Click "Get help"
- Enter the 6-digit code I give you
- Click "Allow" to start screen sharing
AnyDesk
Lightweight and fast — works on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
- Go to anydesk.com/en/downloads
- Download and open the file (no installation required)
- Give me the 9-digit code shown on your screen
- Click "Allow" when I connect
TeamViewer
Only if the other options don't work.
- Go to teamviewer.com/en/download
- Download and open TeamViewer QuickSupport
- Give me your ID and password
- Click "Allow" to grant access
Your Safety
- You see everything I do on your screen
- You can stop the session at any time
- No permanent access without your approval
- The connection is encrypted
- After the session, simply remove the tool
Having trouble?
- Can't find Quick Assist? Search in the Start menu or type "quick assist" in the search bar.
- Download not working? Try a different browser or temporarily disable your adblocker.
- Firewall/antivirus blocking? Temporarily allow access or try a different tool.
- Mac user? Use AnyDesk — Quick Assist only works on Windows.
