Many computer issues are fastest to solve remotely: software problems, slow laptops, updates, email setup or strange error messages. That works well for clients across Belgium and the Netherlands.

Physical work such as SSD upgrades, reinstalls or devices that no longer boot usually require drop-off in Evergem. On-site help is also possible in Evergem, Meetjesland and Greater Ghent when that makes more sense.

Larger corporate IT environments

For more complex environments with many users, servers or ongoing managed support, I would rather refer you to a specialised MSP or internal IT partner.

Yes, you buy hardware yourself — that way you get the best warranty and return options. I can advise on which SSD, laptop or parts are suitable. Installation and migration is a separate session.

Do you offer a warranty on computer help?

I offer a 30-day workmanship guarantee on my work (installation, configuration, migration). If something doesn't work due to my error, I fix it at no cost. Hardware warranty stays with the seller.
